Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients of age 18 to 60 years. 2.American Society Of Anesthesiologists(ASA) physical health status 1 and 2 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with any cardiovascular disease. 2.Patient on drugs causing orthostatic hypotension. 3.Patient with history of cerebrovascular disease. 4.Pregnant patients. 5.Patients with height less than150 centimetres.

MeasureTime frame
1) Time for readiness to discharge from post anaesthesia care unit based on orthostatic blood pressure testing criteria. 2) Difference in time for readiness to discharge from post anaesthesia care unit based on orthostatic blood pressure testing and motor and sensory recovery criteria.Timepoint: Intraoperatively, every 2 minutes for first 10 minutes and then at every 5 minutes. Postoperatively, at every 30 minute interval.—

1) Time for readiness to discharge from post anaesthesia care unit based on motor recovery criteria. 2) Time for readiness to discharge from post anaesthesia care unit based on sensory level criteria.Timepoint: Intraoperatively, every 2 minutes for first 10 minutes and then at every 5 minutes. Postoperatively, at every 30 minute interval.—
