Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Benign lesions of the vocal cord 2.Involving anterior two third part of true vocal cord 3.On Video laryngoscopy examination the vocal cords will be freely mobile.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Ischemic/Coronary artery disease 2.Patients with Thyroid disorders/Respiratory diseases 3.Patients with laryngeal malignancies 4.Degenerative disorders of brain.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Resolution of symptoms and change in voice assessed by reduction in Voice fatigue index, GRBAS scale(0-1) across all 5 parameters and VLscopy findings.Timepoint: 2 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in voice reverted back to normal/near normal as assessed by reduction in Voice fatigue index, GRBAS scale and VLscopy findings.Timepoint: 4 months
