Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both genders between age group 20 - 60 years. 2. Pain on the lateral epicondyle of the elbow joint. 3. Pain after Patient’s wrist is passively flexed with forearm pronated ( Mill’s test) 4. Pain after extending the clenched fist against resistance (Cozen’s test ) 5. Pricking sensation or Tenderness. 6.Inability to do daily routine work. 7. Diagnosed cases of Tennis Elbow Acute as well as Chronic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing to participate in the present study 2. Patients with Fractures and Arthritic changes as in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Gouty Arthritis. 3. Patients suffering from systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Heart disease, Renal disease, Cancer, Tuberculosis and other major health problems 4. Pregnant and Lactating women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
•Reduction in Pain, Functional disability, Pricking sensation, Radiation of pain, Tenderness, Cozen’s test and Mill’s maneuver’s grades and improvement in Hand grip strength. Timepoint: At baseline, 7th day, 14th day, 21stday and 28thday

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Patient will able to continue their routine work without painTimepoint: 21 Days to 30 Days
