Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant ladies first, second, third trimester of age group 18-38 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic hypertension, overt diabetes, IVF pregnancy, multifetal gestation, thyroid cancer/ thyroidectomy/ any surgery of thyroid

To measure the MCT 8 expression in placenta of patients with a known adverse pregnancy outcome after delivery and to compare with various clinical factorsTimepoint: 2 years

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the impact of MCT 8 expression across different adverse pregnancy outcomes and its relation to maternal thyroid hormone status.Timepoint: 3 years
