Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 12-15 years 2. Subjects whose parents gave informed consent 3. All index teeth should be present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants suffering from systemic disease 2. Subjects under antibiotic therapy anytime during the past 3 months 3. Subjects undergoing orthodontic therapy 4. Subjects who were using or have used other mouth rinses in the past one month 5. Subjects with orofacial malformations.
