Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: •Patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy under general anesthesia •Patients between 18-65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Patient refusal to participate. •Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic and opioids. •Patient having an infection at the site of block. •Patient having spinal deformities and previous history of spine surgery. •Patients on anticoagulation therapy. •Patients with untreated psychiatric illness
