Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent mandibular posterior teeth with a closed apex Patients accepting the line of treatment Patients with VRS of more than 4 Radiographs showing pulpal invlovement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lactating mothers and pregnant women Presence of internal resorption, external resorption, calcifications, furcation involvement, thickened periodontal ligament, periradicular pathologies. Patients with renal impairment or undergoing hemodialysis In patients having eosinophilia and multi-organ sensitivity Patients who have thoughts of suicide History of antibiotic intake in the previous week Analgesic taken within the last 6 hours History of mental illness, seizure-using seizure drugs, systemic diseases such as diabetes, ulcers, kidney diseases, etc. History of allergy to NSAIDs, aspirin or local anesthetics Presence of swelling/sinus tracts.
