Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 20 patient, patients will be randomly allocated between two ARMs (10+10) [i.e., St Thomas group (ST) and Delnido group (DN), age 18- 65 years, informed consent. All Patients posted for trans-septal mitral valve replacement will be randomized to receive cardioplegia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: any history of ischemic heart disease or recent heart failure, severe pulmonary hypertension, deranged coagulation profile and recent heart failure
