Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients more than 18 years of age with unilateral vocal cord paralysis 2) Patient giving consent to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with laryngeal organic lesions (polyp,nodule,papilloma, carcinoma) and those with history of laryngeal irradiation 2) Patients with pre existing pulmonary disorders 3) Patients not giving consent
