Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal healthy male and female participants between 18 to 30 age group Participants having BMI between 18.5 to 24.9 kgm2 Participants who are able to complete the Rockport test. Fitness screening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults having any self reported or pre diagnosed respiratory problems like Asthma. Adults having any self reported or pre diagnosed comorbid conditions like hypertension and Diabetes. Adults who are overweight and obese greater than 25 BMI kgm2 Participants who are athletic or who play sports on a regular level All contraindications to exercise testing will be excluded
