Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers who are aged 18 years and above co-residing with the patient in the same household. 2. Caregivers providing at least 4 hours of care daily for a minimum of 4 days /week. 3. Caregivers giving care to patients with moderate or advanced dementia 4.Caregivers having basic communication skills. 5.Caregivers able to read and write Kannada/ English. 6. Caregivers caring for patients for a duration of minimum of 3 months. 7. Caregivers having access to the internet and android mobile. 8.Care recipients who are over 60yrs and have a history of at least 6 months to 5 years of dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Caregivers who are on antidepressants/psychotropic drugs and those who are not willing to take part in the study.
