Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Anaemic Adolescent girls age group of 18-21 years of age, haemoglobin level 10g/dL-12g/dL and having mobile sets with internet option

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Anaemic Adolescent girls age group 18 years and 21 years of age, hemoglobin level less than 10g/dL and more than 12g/dL,who cannot operate the app and do not have net connections, who have specific medical problems, taking nutritional supplements, who are married, and who are not willing to participate in the study.
