Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with impaired cognition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Involved in aerobic and resistance training for last 6 months Individuals with severe cardiac disease Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension Inability to follow directions and recognise symptom, rheumatological disease that affects mobility
