Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. After Screening for Covid 19 in Covid screening Patients will be Selected ii. Granthokta Sign and Symptoms of Grahani iii. Age 18 to 65 years irrespective of Gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Known case of Tuberculosis, Cancer of Stomach, Cancer of Esophagus, Stomach Ulcer, Ulcerative Colitis, Acute Diarrhea, Intestinal Tuberculosis, HIV,etc. Presence of Occult Blood in Stool. ii. Pregnancy and Lactating woman iii. Patients with any surgery of Gastro intestinal tract.

Primary outcome would be base on grading parameter of Annavah SrotasTimepoint: Follow up every 15th days for 3 times
