Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Corticotomy for Limb Lengthening /Bone Transport by Ilizarov External Fixator OR Modular Monolateral External Fixator for Limb Reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. METABOLIC DISEASES OF BONE 2. DIABETES MELLITUS 3. PERIPHERAL VASCULAR DISEASE 4. OTHER COMORBIDITIES LIKE CHRONIC KIDNEY, HEART OR LIVER DISEASE
