Intervention1: Suryanamaskar: Comparing the effects of slow and fast suryanamaskar on pain in primary dysmenorrhea
It is a eight week intervention program done for three times in a week

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women having primary dysmenorrhoea 2. Women with the age group between 18 to 25 years 3. Subjects willing to co-operate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having irregular menstrual cycle 2. Subjects who are differently abled 3. Subjects performing any kind of slow intensity exercise such as yoga and or moderate or high intensity exercise such as aerobics
