Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing surgeries with general anaesthesia 2. Aged between 18years and 50 years of age 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class 1 to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patientâ??s refusal 2.Mouth opening less than 2 cm 3.Oropharyngeal pathology 4.Morbid obesity

First pass successful intubation Timepoint: 5 minutes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Ease of insertion 2.Time for insertion 3.Attempts and the success of the device placement, 4.Oropharyngeal seal pressure 5.Fibreoptic grade of laryngeal view 6.Time for removal of the device after successful tracheal intubation Timepoint: 30 minutes.
