Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with IBD who are more than 18yrs of age and attending the IBD clinic at SDLD
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. General contraindication for MRI. 2. Pregnant female 3. Undergone prior surgery 4. History of prior pelvic trauma 5. Not giving consent for the study 6. Patients already on Anti TNF agent and Methotraxate treatment 7. Patients with post partum low back pain. 8. Long distance runner
