Inclusion criteria: CHILDREN • Hospital stays lasting more than three days • Voluntary consent to participate in the study PARENTS • Either Father or Mother of school age children present at time of childâ??s hospitalization • Parents having adopted children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CHILDREN Repeated admissions with same illness in same setting Child who is seriously ill i.e. on oxygen support Child not able to read and write. PARENTS Other primary care taker
