Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting patients rehabilitated with implant retained prosthesis in reconstructed maxilla and mandible, diagnosed with soft tissue hypertrophy around the implants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not using fibula-implant supported prostheses. 2. Pregnant female patients.
