Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Case of painful shoulder joint disorders. • Either gender of age group 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases contra-indicated for MRI. Cases with congenital structural deformity of the shoulder region. Cases with immune-compromised patients.
