Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of subject between 21 to 60 years of age irrespective of gender, religion, occupation & socioeconomic status. 2. Subject with classical signs & symptoms of anidra and primary insomnia. 3. Subject willing to give informed consent. 4. Subjects fit for shirodhara.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with severe psychiatric disorder. 2. Anidra due to other conditions like madathyaya and abhigata. 3. Pregnant women & lactating mother.
