Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status grade 1 and 2 BMI : 18-35 kg/m2 patients with ARISCAT Score >26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refused to participate patients with BMI >35kg/m2 patients with any pulmonary pathology patients with obstructive sleep apnea preceding surgery with in 30 days history of thoracotomy /lung resection
