Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study if ETCO2 can correctly predict PaCO2 in patients undergoing laparoscopic colonic surgeries in modified lithotomy with trendelenburg position at 1 hour after pneumoperitoneum(T4)Timepoint: At 1 Hour After Pneumoperitoneum(T4).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study if ETCO2 will correlate with Paco2 at other predetermined points of sampling. 2.To study the hemodynamic changes during laparoscopic colorectal surgeriesTimepoint: Baseline(T1) 15 Minutes After Induction(T2) Half an Hour After Pneumoperitoneum or Before Position Change(T3) 2 Hours After Pneumoperitoneum(T5) 3 Hours After Pneumoperitonem(T6) 5 Hours After Pneumoperitoneum(T7) 7 Hours After Pneumoperitoneum(T8) 9 Hours After Pneumoperitoneum(T9 10 Minutes After Deflation(T10)
