Inclusion criteria: TO INVESTIGATE THE ONSET OF SENSORY AND MOTOR BLOCK , DURATION OF BLOCK AND POST OPERATIVE ANALGESIA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT NOT WILLING FOR THE STUDY ,ALLERGIC TO LOCAL ANESTHETICS,DIABETIC PATIENTS,NEUROLOGICAL DISEASE OF THE UPPERLIMB, PSYCHIATRY DISORDERS, PREGNANCY AND LACTATION, ON ANTICOAGULANTS OR HAVING BELLDING DISORDERS
