Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Head and neck cancer patients receiving chemo-radiotherapy 2. Patients falling under the ECOG scale score 3.Patients are classified according to the TNM staging for HNC of American Joint Committee on Cancer (stage III-IV b) 4.Recurrence of head and neck cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe orthopedic and neurologic conditions 2. Unstable angina or MI during previous months 3. Resting HR more than 120b/m 4. BP: Systolic pressure more than 180mmHg. Diastolic pressure more than 100mmHg 5. Patients contraindicated to exercise training 6. Patients with platelet count
