Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Class I-II 2.BMI 3.Adequate airway anatomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of upper airway anatomy 2. Full stomach 3.Hiatus hernia 4.H/O Stomach surgery 5.Head and neck surgery 6.Surgery requiring prone or lateral position 7.When post operative ventilator care is needed
