Intervention1: Airtraq intubation: In Group A, endotracheal intubation will be done using Airtraq after applying cervical collar(Till intubation done) Control Intervention1: C-MAC (D blade) intubation

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients aged 18-65 yrs b) ASA physical status â? and â?¡ c) BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with high risk of aspiration b) Patients with anticipated difficult airway (Mallampatti grade IV, mentohyoid distance (MHD) 42 cm), obese (body mass index (BMI) >30) patients, Limited mouth opening ( c) Emergency Procedure d) Patient with lung disease, oral or faciomaxillary pathology e) Patient with upper airway anomaly.
