Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 25 to 55 years Sex male, female, transgender Pain present behind the neck region,radiating to the shoulder blades, top of the shoulder, upper arm and back of the head, aggravated by movement Neck stiffness Difficulty in flexion and extension of neck Numbness in both upper limbs Radiological changes suggestive of the disease Willing to participate in study of signing consent by fulfilling the conditions of proforma. Patients willing to undergo radiological investigation and Laboratory investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled Hypertension. Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus Cerival rib Ankylosis spondylosis Rheumatoid arthritis Any trauma history Fracture in neck region Coronary artery disease Tuberculosis severe osteoporosis , Neck surgery Any other serious illness

To study the improvement in clinical features of Sagana vatham (Cervical Spondylosis) using Veera poochu (Anointing) with varmam therapy. Timepoint: 12 months
