Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 18-65 years with clinical diagnosis of grade III/IV haemorrhoidal disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous anorectal surgery 2. Acute thrombosed hemorrhoid 3. Pregnancy 4. Concomitant anal diseases such as anal fissure, fistula, or abscess 5. Hematological disorders 6. Patients on anticoagulants 7. Anorectal malignancy 8. Haemorrhoids secondary to portal hypertension
