Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All newly registered persons with injury, aged 60-90 years attending general OPD at UHC Gokalpuri during the study period. Resident for at least the last six months, of the area in Gokalpuri.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Seriously ill patients needing hospitalization. Patients admitted to higher centre, who cannot be contacted at home on three attempts.
