Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult cancer patients of age 18 years and above Patients having cancer induced bone pain at presentation or after treatment initiation/completion Radiological confirmation of bone marrow involvement on X ray/bone scan/ CT scan/ MRI/ PET scan Patients is willing to participate, follow up and give informed consent Able to communicate in English/ Hindi/ Marathi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable medical condition or oncological emergency Any form of intellectual disability or cognitive impairment

To assess change in Quality of life scores using EORTC QLQ-C30 and EORTC QLQ-BM22 from baseline to day 14 and look for correlates associated with the changeTimepoint: Day 0 Day 14;To assess severity of cancer induced bone pain on Numerical Rating scale and look for correlates associated with change in pain scores on Numerical rating scale from Day 0 to Day 3, Day 7 and Day 14Timepoint: Day 0 Day 3 Day 7 Day 14
