Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing fortrial. Patients of age group above 30-70 years of eithersex. Displaced lower end radius fracture. All 6 types of displacement in fracture of lower end radius: Dorsal displacement Dorsal rotation Lateral rotation Lateral displacement Impacted Supination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to undergo trial or refused to give their informedconsent. • Patients below 30years and above 70 years of age. • Compound, comminuted, Complicated fractures • Patients with other associated injuries. • Patients having metabolic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis and goutyarthritis etc.
