Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 2 undergoing elective general anaesthesia Any elective surgical procedure undergoing more than one hour surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Age more than 60 years Patients with recent history of URTI any drug allergy Anticipated difficult airway restricted mouth opening Patients of hypertension on vasoactive medications Pregnancy Patients on medications affecting heart rate and blood pressure History of regurgitation pathology of oropharynx neck and upper git Patients with neuromuscular disorders
