Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female participants, Patient who was diagnosed with oropharyngeal dysphagia by SLT, Adult patient, Patients who were willing to participate, Patient who were conscious.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with nasogastric tube, Patient with tracheostomy, Patient who had cognitive problem.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
as primary outcome, oral and pharyngeal discoordination, aspiration, nasal regargidation, delay in swallow start.Timepoint: 2 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome will be evaluated as voluntary swallowing, less nasal regurgitation, triggered swallow reflex. those will be measured by Dysphagia Handicap Index (DHI) and Functional Outcome Intake Scale (FOIS).Timepoint: 2 weeks
