Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Participants working in offices (desk-based jobs), Who are willing to practice yoga for a longer duration with the age 25 â?? 45 years, with low physical activity based on International Physical Activity Questionnaire will be considered for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular or metabolic disorders , Persons with psychiatric disorders who are under medication, Bone diseases like Osteomalacia and bone tumour, Neuromuscular diseases hindering from adequate activity participation during the study period, drugs altering the vascular function, job shift for next one year will be taken into the study.
