Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 9-18 years. 2. Patients with healthy periodontium (no bleeding on probing, probing depth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?¶ Patients with systemic diseases affecting growth and development such as disorders of Vitamin D metabolism, Parathyroid and Thyroid hormone, Renal Impairment and diabetes mellitus. ï?¶ Individuals under any medication. ï?¶ Individuals with a history of xerostomia ï?¶ Individuals undergoing fixed orthodontic or functional orthopedic treatment.

1. To identify and estimate the B-ALP level in whole unstimulated saliva at different stages of skeletal maturity. 2. To correlate B-ALP level in saliva with different stages of skeletal development using CVMI. 3. To correlate B-ALP level in saliva with different stages of skeletal development determined using hand-wrist radiograph (computerized method using software). 4. To correlate CVMI with Hand-wrist radiograph to assess the different stages of skeletal development. Timepoint: 3 months—
