Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently healthy individuals of age between30-45 years with mixed diet habit 2.selected by assessing the subjects with the Health Status questionnaire 3.with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with history of Systemic diseases like renal and hepatic disorders, 2.Individuals with endocrine disorders 3.Tuberculosis of bone, Osteomalacia 4.Women who have undergone oophorectomy, hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy. • Individuals with long term medication affecting the bone turnover (steroids, heparin, warfarin, thyroxine • Diabetes mellitus (DM) uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac diseases • Pregnant females, individuals with surgical hardware, implantable devices or foreign bodies
