Intervention1: Tab Naltrexone: A known anti-craving drug is given along with the treatment for alcohol dependence. It is given 50 mg via oral route once a day.
Control Intervention1: Tablet Ondansetro

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed under Code 6C40.2: Alcohol dependence under ICD-11 Complete abstinence for 7 days No withdrawal symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed under Code 6C40.3: Alcohol Intoxication Diagnosed under Code 6C40.4: Alcohol Withdrawal Diagnosed under Code 6C41: Disorders due to use of Cannabis Diagnosed under Code 6C42: Disorders due to use of synthetic cannabinoids Diagnosed under Code 6C43: Disorders due to use of opioids A current mental or psychiatric impairment or disease that required psychotropic medication or inpatient treatment on a psychiatric ward Current use of any psychotropic medication Evidence of severe neurologic or physical disorders (eg, cerebral, renal, thyroid, or cardiac disease) Homelessness Pregnant women
