Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Closed and open fractures 2.Intra-articular fractures 3.Patients physically fit for surgery 4.Unstable fractures of the hand 5.Patients who have given their written informed consent for the procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severely crushed hand injuries 2.Fractures with associated Neurovascular injuries 3.Severely osteoporotic bones
