Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a). Ambulatory patients of either gender with >= 18 years of age at the time of screening and who are capable of understanding and giving written informed consent. b). Non healing Corneal ulcer of non infective or healed infection of any size of more than 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patient who are bedridden, debilitated or suffering from malignancy or on radiation/chemotherapy etc are not taken for study. b) Patients suffering from advance ocular disease like advance glaucoma, advance retinal diseases etc. c) Patients who are not willing for complete workup or written consent. d) Patients with active infective disease like TB, herpes zoster etc. e) Evidence of active Infection in concern eye or in other eye. f) Allergy to fluorescein dye g) Presence of uncontrolled systolic blood pressure >= 160 mmHg or uncontrolled diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg h) Patients who are HIV, HBsAg, HCV test positive i) Inability to obtain fundus photographs or fluorescein angiograms of sufficient quality j) Female subjects who are pregnant, breast- feeding, planning to be pregnant during the study.
