Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 to 60 years of either sex. Patients having Fasting Blood Sugar Level >126 mg/dLand/or Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level >200mg/dL. B.M.I. in between 25-30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fasting Blood Sugar Level more than or equal to 200 mg/dL Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level more than or equal to 300mg/dL. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients with acute complications like cirrhosis of liver, Pancreatitis, and Hypoglycemic Shock. Patients with chronic complications like Nephropathy, Retinopathy and Neuropathy.
