Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18-30 years ,2.Females having history of pain and uterine cramps for atleast one day of menses,3.females with regular menstrual cycle of length 25-32 days and for 3- 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Young females with the history of mental and physical disorders , 2.young females who are suffering from systemic diseases,3. young females who have irregular menstrual cycle.
