Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged more than 60 years, who are under at least 2 prescription medications for a year or more and unstimulated salivary flow rate less than 0.25 ml/min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of Sjogrenâ??s syndrome, Salivary gland infection, Irradiated Head and neck cancer patients, History of total or partial removal of Salivary glands, Participant who is not willing to sign the informed consent
