Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient/Patients relative of 1. government funded health schemes whose cancer treatment is ongoing or completed in Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai and who are willing to participate in the study by signing informed consent document 2. Beneficiary of above 18 years age groups 3. Employees of Tata Memorial Centre/ Third Party Group who are working in the Department of Medical Social Worker, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY) and Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY)/Ayushman Bharat desk/counter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Physically handicapped will be excluded from the study 2.patient whose general condition is poor and not in position to talk will be excluded from the study 3.Children ( below the age of 18 years ) will be excluded from the study 4. Beneficiaries of the government funded health scheme who are not willing to participate in the study will be excluded from the study
