Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult participants with age from 35years and above who are willing to participate by signing an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having pre-existing spinal fracture or degenerative diseases

MeasureTime frame
This study will help us to estimate the BMD values of the lumbar and hip joint using CT scan, and the association of BMD with spinal degeneration and to estimate the risk of spinal fracture and effect of predisposing factors of BMDTimepoint: The primary outcome will be assessed from 4 weeks of starting the study

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
estimation of BMD values for lumbar spine and hip bonesTimepoint: The secondary outcome will be estimated from 4 weeks after completion of the study.
