Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Madyamavastha - Individuals irrespective of gender in the age group of 35 to 50 years For Jeernavastha - Individuals irrespective of gender in the age group of 61 to 75 years Those individuals who are ready to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who are mentally disoriented Alzheimers disease Persons who are suffering from chronic illness like diabetes for more than 15 years ,Paralysis ,Cancer Those who are addicted to alcohol and smoking for more than 10 years
