Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Smokers (who smokes 100 or >100cigarettes in their lifetime or has smoked in last 28 days). 2. Non smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subject with cardiovascular disease 2. acute upper respiratory tract infection 3. any neurological or musculoskeletal conditions 4. recent thorasic and abdominal surgeries

VO2max estimated from 1. Six Minute Walk Test by equation given by Bur.et al.Timepoint: The time required for each subject for both the practice test and actual test will be the 6 minutes each, with the rest period of a one hour between both the tests.
