Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Adult ESRD patients in the age group of 18 to 60 years. 2) ESRD patients on Haemodialysis for more than 3 months. 3) Patients willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) 140mmHg 2) Resting Diastolic blood pressure >100 mm Hg 3) Resting HR > 120b/m 4) Ejection Fraction 5) Recent cardiac event within 2months 6) Recent cardiac surgery within 6months 7) Recent respiratory infection in past 3 months 8) Haemoglobin(Hb) 9) Resting oxygen saturation 10) Lower limb pain 11) Patient who is not ambulatory 12) Patient unable to understand and follow the verbal commands

MeasureTime frame
1. Assessment of Fatigue using Fatigue Assessment Scale 2. Functional capacity using Six Minute Walk Test 3. Solute removal using Kt/V ratio.Timepoint: 0- Baseline assessment of patients to assess fatigue and functional capacity will take 15 minutes. 1- Assessment of patients after first session of Haemodialysis after baseline assessment will take 20 minutes. 2- Assessment of patients after second consecutive session with a gap of one day will take 20 minutes.
