Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for elective nasal or paranasal sinus surgery under GA with tracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency procedure,pregnancy,BMI >30,DMII,HTN,TB,previous abd surgery
